Kira is the best friend that Quatre has ever had. Very few people understand him as much as Kira does, and he cherishes that friendship. He'll do whatever he can to help Kira when he needs it, even if it means that Quatre gets shot. And although Kira would tell him to not be, Quatre still feels guilty over the ZERO System incident and will probably continue to feel that guilt for some time to come.

Julius and Quatre haven't talked too much, but the little that they have gave Quatre the impression that Julius is holding too much in. Pot, meet kettle. But overall he thinks that Julius is a nice guy and feels that they have stuff in common.

Lacus took care of Kira for over a year and eventually followed him. If that doesn't tell you how she feels about him, then nothing will.
