So after an interesting conversation I ended up making Tatsu in a D&D build. Yes I know. I'm a giant nerd. But it brought up an interesting idea. What would be the stats of UG@ characters? Here's how it will work! You have 80 points to distribute between stats. No stat can be higher than 18 (without racial bonuses) nor can a stat be less than 6 (without racial penalties). Make your character! Add classes if you wish. Also if you character is special race (such as a Newtype) you can have stat bonuses/penalties. For every four points of bonus take a two point penalty. Custom races also can have a few special ability and skill based bonuses.

Tatsu/Size Category Tiny/10+2 racial-4 size=8 STR/18+4 size-2 racial=20 DEX/12+2 racial=14 CON/12+2=14 racial INT/12 WIS/16-2 racial=14 CHA/special abilties: can use DEX instead of STR for Climb skill/Class: Mix of Barbarian and Rogue
