For Teppei: 00 season 1 finale. He got to bro-it up in the GN Arms and start his tradition of being a support pilot
For Axel: EI-01. That mission was pretty darn epic for everyone
For Shinn: The Gundam Wing finale was pretty nice.
For Subaru: The FMP The Second Raid finale, because she beat the shit out of that one Digimon from the Nanoha train mission
For Anew: The Christmas mission. Hands down.
For Ennil: The only one she was on was the Guyver mission, which was still nice because she got to threaten to kill seemingly innocent civilians and nobody called her out on it. Plus, throwing her beam tomahawk at a monster.

Simon: Braves, Death At Dawn! (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/109742.html) Two main reasons. First, Simon vs. Penchinon was a perfect match-up on so many levels. Second, Spiral Energy + G-Stone power. Need I say more?

Domon: There Goes Ryouma (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/144049.html) Getter Ray powerup. Domon cleaved the freaking horizon. Plus, we got to kick ass to SAGA (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVo0F3SXrrI). Honorable mention, however, is due to Clash of the Colossal Blades (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/155568.html). It's not every day someone can get the upper hand against Wodan Ymir.

Tetsuya: Operation SRW (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/177438.html). This was mainly because of the idea I thought up for Tetsuya completely on the fly. That being taking command of the Kurogane from the Hagane's bridge. Plus, it ended with awe-inspiring speeches from everyone present and, above all, SKILL.

Athrun: The Heroic Path to the Dawn! (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/149773.html) Kusuha got rescued, the SRX was unveiled, Lacus made her glorious return, and Athrun got to pilot a shuttle through a swarm of bugs to get to the Kusanagi, where the Justice was being stored.

Tieria: Farewell, Master! Master Asia's Last Breath (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/199634.html). The most fun knock-down drag-out clusterfuck I think I've been in.
Signum: Since I've practically made her Disgaea-canon by this point, this is tough, but overall I'd have to say The Dark Assembly (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/196240.html), for the combination of badassery and embarassment.
Modding: CHAN CHAN BARA, CHAN BARA BA (http://community.livejournal.com/srw_unlimited/203514.html)! Also Aksha Kumara is really damn fun to play for a villain I more or less made up on the fly.

Milia and Quattro are n/a, the latter only at the moment 'cause he's new.
