Okay, less-than-stellar SP pool. However, Flit makes up for it with a bitchin' skillset designed for long-term RIP AND TEAR. I imagine all his "tactics" commands are some variant of "kill Vagans". And his Ace bonus is the ability to use tactics and still attack afterwards.

Not sure about Cyber Newtype in there given Yuuya's decidedly terrestrial roots but the rest of those make for a solid genius bruiser. Hooray for Genius, Precision Attack and Attack Again all in one batch because that's kinda mean. The newtype bonuses are fitting with the character though.

Assail would be useful in exactly ONE instance with one frame so it's a wasted spirit command. Vigor for self healing is nice as is faith but holy crap Bonds is nuts for what it does. Exhaust is always nice and Soul is good to have too for the extra punch it gives. Not as much of a win as the Skills are but the spirits are still pretty solid.
