What Color are you? Magic the Gathering Edition

A simple question-if your character was a Magic The Gathering card, what sort of color would they be? What kinds of abilities might they have?

For people not super-familiar with the game, here's an explanation.

No color, Colorless-These cards have no particular association with any color. It's the realm of robots, tools, and hockeypucks. The pacifistic golem Karn is an example of a colorless protagonist, while the evil mastermind Mnemarch is a colorless antagonist.

White-The color of loyalty, honor, and discipline, but also of tyranny and oppression. The color of collectivism and order, white is home to the most disciplined soldiers, strong healing/damage prevention abilities, and various forms of soft control. Famous white creature types include Human Soldiers and Angels. White is not necessarily good, or nice! While there are many white heroes, it's also home to the mad dictator Takeshi Konda.

Blue-The color of wizards doing wizardy things, more or less. Blue is about intelligence, knowledge and out thinking your opponent, with some of the worst creatures of the game, but spells that mess with your opponent's ability to play the game. Famous blue creature types are Merfolk, Moonfolk, and Wizards, though Blue's really known for its draw-inducing cards and its counterspells. Teferi the time wizard is an example of a blue protagonist, while whoever made this thing is an example of a blue antagonist.

Black-The color of selfishness and ambition, black's-okay, let's face it, they're usually the bad guys. Black is all about power at a price, and offers very strong effects at the cost of something dear to you (life, cards, creatures). It has good discard spells and debuff abilities, and is home to Demons, Zombies, and your crazy Uncle Istvan. There are too many black bad guys to count, but they also have heroic bandit Toshiro Umezawa and Romance of the Three Kingdom's Cao Cao on their side.

Red-The color of passion and rage, Red is maybe not so good at this whole "thinking" thing, but is very good at going fast and punching hard. It is a color of wild, unbridled emotion and "charge in first, think second". Red's signature ability lets its creatures attack the turn they are summoned, and it prefers to play a very fast game attacking while the other side is still warming up. Classic red creatures are goblins, dragons, and barbarians.

Green-The color of instinct, nature, and growth. Survival of the fittest and harmony with nature are Green themes. Green is the best color at "getting huge", and has some good healing abilities as well. Green boasts the best "mana acceleration" of the colors-it is the best at getting big cards out fast. Famous Green creature types are Elves and Bears, though it's also home to the largest monsters. Green protagonists include, well, elves, while green antagonists would include godzilla-scale kaiju.

There are additionally two-color and three-color combinations, which can get a little bit complicated, and the extremely rare four-color cards. Five-color cards are also rare, but have a theme more or less of "winning".

Ironically, Mizuki and Sara's colors are the opposite of their usual getup. Mizuki'd be white because of her compassion and sense of honor and regality, Sara's black because of her ambition and defining herself by conquest.

Flit in the meantime gets to reflect both the good and bade side of White, and with Yurin's death Red gets mixed in as well. Gotta kill dem Vagans.

Selena's (appropriately enough) Red. Even in Alpha 3, her morale requirements for attacks are extremely low to allow for that. Also, turn 1 MAPing. Elma's Blue though.

Hibiki is... thinking about it I almost want to say a mix of Red and Green. Passionate, open about everything, but also wanting to do her best for other people. Then again I don't know Magic very well so this might be totally wrong.

EDIT: Arach's said that green/red is also big on RIP AND TEAR. Sounds right for Hibiki.

Izuru is definitely Red/White. This combination values passion but also discipline, it's definitely the most heroic!

Setsuko is Blue or possibly Blue/Green. She is an analytical thinker and while she does not have much of a nature theme going on, there is definitely a lot of growth there. In good and bad ways.

Ren is full White, no question.

Sielje is a strange (but as Ravnica shows us, not totally non-existant) mix of Black/White. Ambitious but honorable and traditional.

Chris is Red, so much Red. She's also surprisingly smart but that doesn't make her Blue by default.

Kagura is the nasty side of White. Duh. Might be White/Blue due to her analytical mind. But primarily white. She's all about control, rules, self-control, hierarchy, that kind of thing, and has a level of devotion to duty and loyalty that has made people consider her insane in repeated ocassions.

Ashe is kind of super Red. She's here to enjoy life, and she rushes through the world without hesitation or fear, working to help everyone around her, always moving.

Kei is blue/white. She's analytical and all about battlefield control, but she's also a loyal soldier working for the hierarchy that quite literally created her, even if she's not entirely happy about it.

Alex is probably blue/green. She's an academic who is all about creative use of powers, but she's also very concerned with things like organic communities even if they're human more than natural. And even though I haven't really shown it much yet for various OOC reasons, growth is kind of a thing for her.

Asagi is White, being a dutiful soldier, even if he's often second-guessing himself. He's pretty Blue too, but probably not Blue enough to count as White/Blue like Kei does, ironically enough.

Hetepheres is also White - in addition to all the discipline and soldiery stuff, she's also heavily focused on civilization, which is another aspect of this color. Might have some Black in there, because of how much Gebian society values ambition and individual ability.

Roger... is really hard to pin down, actually. On one hand his obsession with principles and professionalism is very White, but on the other hand he's a very individualistic and eccetric almost-hermit, which is more Black. And his search for truth and detective-like career are Blue. So he's some combination of these colors - a three-color legendary, possibly.

Volya & Interitus - Green obviously. We have a person that cares of plants and his partner who is a gigantic plant creature... though Interitus would actually be more Green/White.

Leos - Leos started out as Red - passionate and headstrong and not prone to thinking ahead. Now he's more Red/Blue, combining his more violent tendencies with a more controlled tactical acumen. And as Kagura said, he stinks of secrets.

Optimus - White. While he would count more as an artifact creature, his sheer sense of justice and the desire to protect those who are unable to protect themselves out of his own will kind of pushes it more to White.

Raleigh - White/Blue. The Rangers are definitely some of the more skilled and discipline human soldiers around. The blue part comes from the Becket tendency to improvise on the fly.

Peola - Straight up Red. Passionate and wild and refusing to be tied down against her will. If she follows others its because she wants to, and if you push her, you'll eat fist.

Calvin - Ironically Blue despite his lack of magic. He isn't disciplined enough to be regarded as white. Not passionate enough about everything to be Red, not selfish or ambitious enough for Black and not exactly naturey either. His desire to know the various truths of the world even when they bite him in the rear also put him deeper into his assigned color.

Skald - Red/White. Passionate Cat Warrior of Honor.
